Common criteria

A panel of twenty neutral juries from other industries will rank your applications and will be asked to take into account these 5 main criteria to select the best among all the candidates:

The initiative, project or campaign must be less than two years old and must be operational before the application deadline.

Innovative aspects in terms of creation, partnership, implementation, service, etc., which differentiate the applicant from others.

03

The ability to spread throughout the company or brand, setting new standards at a wider level and even inspiring competitors to follow suit.

04

The ability to measure performance using relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), whether financial, social, user, customer satisfaction, etc.

05

Demonstration of the group's/brand's CSR policy (inclusion, diversity, carbon footprint, sustainable development, etc.).

Best F&B experience innovation

This award recognizes an innovative F&B Experience implemented in a hospitality site that demonstrates the industry’s capacity to innovate and provide guests with a better quality of service. The winner of this award will demonstrate exceptional innovation in F&B Experience and be able to effectively communicate their vision and success in creating an exceptional experience for guests. This award will take into account the experience and the venue rather than the quality of the food.

Evaluation:
  • What are the first economic results after the implementation of the service in terms of revenue, cost control, occupancy rate, average price, etc?
  • What is the impact on customer satisfaction and retention?
  • Are the set objectives being achieved/on track?
  • Are improvements/upgrades already planned?
  • Is the concept deployed and can it be duplicated?

Best health & wellness experience

This award recognizes a new concept, service, or initiative that has been implemented in a hospitality site and demonstrates the industry’s ability to innovate and renew itself in the area of well-being, detox, relaxation, fitness, mindfulness, and other related aspects. The initiative should provide a unique and different approach to promoting wellness, health, and mindfulness.

You will be asked for the following information, get ready!

General information
  • Name given to the project.
  • 50-words description project.
  • Period and year of launch, duration.

Conception:

This award recognizes innovative actions in the field of social responsibility, including diversity, inclusion, and governance that have positively impacted the community, local populations, employees, and/or tourists as well as business sites. The winning action or program will have demonstrated a deep commitment to social responsibility and governance through innovative initiatives, effective management practices, and measurable outcomes that have positively impacted stakeholders. This award recognizes programs or actions that have made significant contributions towards creating a more inclusive, equitable, and responsible establishment.

Best innovative sustainable action

This award recognizes innovative actions in the field of sustainable development that have contributed to ecological sustainability for the community, local populations, employees, and/or tourist sites as well as natural resources in the hospitality industry. The winning action or program will have demonstrated a commitment to environmental sustainability through innovative initiatives, effective management practices, and measurable impact on reducing the establishment ecological footprint. This award recognizes programs or actions that have made significant contributions towards a more sustainable future.

* If the initiative you would like to present includes both Environmental and Social pillars, submit your project in the category according to the major aspect of it. Or you may split it into the two categories (Environmental protection and Social Responsibility).

This award celebrates the creativity and the enthusiasm of an opening or reopening party of a hospitality site (including hotel). This includes both the party itself and the communication around it.

This award recognizes the best opening or re-opening of an economy hotel/hostel. The evaluation criteria include investment, architectural design, key performance indicators, concept, and CSR policies implemented. The hotel/hostel must have been opened or renovated within the past two years and is currently operational.

Finally, the winner should have a strong commitment to the associative life, demonstrating their involvement in various industry associations and organizations.
